The Club is exempted from registration under the Data Protection Act but still has an obligation to comply with its requirements.
Three Rivers Outdoor Club records contact details of all persons who attend our meetings or who contact us about our events
The data will be used to keep people informed of club activity and maintain subscription/payment records
If you prefer not to be kept informed, please contact the club.
This data will only be used by TROC and will not be shared or passed on to outside organisations in normal circumstances.
However, we reserve the right to disclose details to other bodies as appropriate if a person's activities or behaviour is, in the opinion of the directors, likely to bring the club or naturism into disrepute.
