You will find the atmosphere in our club very relaxed. We have no interviews or lengthy membership procedures, although we expect prospective members to have attended several club events as visitors first. A passport type photo (printed or by email) is required for your club membership card. Membership is open to all naturists. We endeavour to keep subscription costs low and have very few rules.
Membership in general shall be open to suitable individuals, families or couples of any type.
Temporary or short-term membership for the purpose of attending events is not permitted.
Every Member of the Company (Club) undertakes to contribute a sum not exceeding £1 to the assets of the Company if it is wound up during his or her membership or within one year afterwards:
(a) for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company contracted before he, she ceased to be a Member;
(b) for the costs, charges and expenses of winding up; and
(c) for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories among themselves.
A young person under 18 (Eighteen) shall be admitted to membership only after interview with and on the production of the signed consent of a parent or guardian. [Please note that Children are not permitted to attend our Swim & Sauna event in Newcastle)
Children under 18 (Eighteen) while living at home are covered by a family's adults subscription
The decision of the directors regarding the acceptance or otherwise of a new membership unit shall be final.
A unit may be suspended by directors decision.
Within one calendar month of any suspension an extraordinary general meeting shall be called at which the matter will be discussed and any disciplinary decision will be taken. A 2/3 (two Thirds) majority of those present being required to terminate membership.
Membership Fees: Families and Couples - £30.00; Individuals - £15.00 per year.
Our club year is from January to December, but we operate a pro-rate discount for people who join mid-year, in an effort to be as fair as possible on all members.
